Where are you located?
We are located on a rural residential property less than 5 minutes South East of Calgary in Foothills county. Our address is 243089 16th Street E, Foothills AB.
How do I get to your new location?
Our address is 243089 16th Street E, Foothills AB. Although our address should take you directly to the property, we are accessed off of Dunbow Road and 16th Street E. The shop is located on a rural residental acreage property. The entrance to the property has the address posted on a blue sign. It's a very long driveway with a blue residence. What about mobile services?
We launched our mobile division at Honest Auto in the Spring of 2024 on a trial basis to serve our clients during some business interruption at our former Auburn Bay workshop. While we have closed our mobile books for the fall and winter 2024/2025 season due to weather and work conditions for our team, we will likely look at integrating mobile work back into our spring and summer programming in 2025 and will be keeping everyone up to date via email about these changes. Thanks for your support this year!
What services do you offer?
We offer a full range of general maintenance, repair and diagnostic services for varying makes and models. Please see our services page for more information. We proudly employ a fully licensed Red Seal Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician with over 15 years experience along with a first year apprentice who is learning on a very close basis from the master himself.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, please. We are by appointment only and cant guarantee availability for last minute appointments and emergencies.
Do you work weekends? What are your hours?
On a seasonal basis in spring and fall tire season. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Can I drop off before my scheduled appointment time?
Please contact us ahead of time if this is your plan so we can try and make arrangements for you to drop off with one of us. We take the privacy and security of our location very seriously, and appreciate staying organized with the knowledge of when guests to the property are coming and going. We also live on the property and your respect for our residence and the surrounding community is very much appreciated.
What happpened to your Auburn Bay location?
We were so blessed to work with so many of you at our small residential workshop in Auburn Bay for almost 3 years. The simple answer is, onto some bigger and better things for our brand, and our guests! We're very excited to be building a new workshop in Foothills County to continue to serve our guests and to make some new friends and clients in the rural communities around SE Calgary, Okotoks, DeWinton, High River and so fourth.
What methods of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards including Amex, Interact debit as well as Cash/EMT.
How much are your services?
An estimate for service will be displayed at your time of booking under the item description for the service you are booking under. You can book with us here.
Can I wait for my vehicle service?
We do allow the opportunity for you to wait for your service on a case by case basis but ask that you arrange this with us at the time of booking. Our new workshop is under construction so space to wait is limited. There is an indoor area for you to wait for your service but it is not properly insulated so we do ask that you dress for the weather and come prepared with activities to keep you busy. We will do our best to have your vehicle in and out as quickly as possible!
