Where are you located?

As of September 2024, we are working on a mobile basis and service the South East quadrant of Calgary and the rural community of Foothills County. 

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, please. We are by appointment only and cant guarantee availability for last minute appointments and emergencies. 

How does Mobile Service Work?

You stay in the comfort of your home or location and we come to you. We need a safe space to work (parking pad, driveway, garage, alleyway or street parking) and access to the keys for the vehicle. We bring all the materials and supplies needed for the service. Invoicing and a copy of your service record are all sent remotely via email.

How do I pay for my service?

Your invoice will be sent to you via email as well as a secure payment link to pay online. 

I live in an apartment or condo, can I still use your services? 

While there may be some exceptions, we are not able to work in parkades or some condo parking lots depending on the condos rules. If there is public or street parking anywhere close by, with your permission we can move the vehicle onto the street close by and perform the service there, and return it to you when the service is complete. 

Are you licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed by the City of Calgary, Foothills county, and the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Counsel. Our staff are properly trained and certified. We are fully insured as well. 

The service I am trying to book is not listed on your website, what should I do?

Please send us an email to [email protected] or send us a text to 403-616-8904 to inquire about booking a service you don’t see listed.

What types of repairs do you perform?

All general maintenance, tire services, brake services & replacements, fluid changes, insurance inspections, pre purchase inspections, steering and suspension repairs, and most general repairs big and small scale.

Do you offer Out Of Province Inspections?

We do not currently offer out of province inspections.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, cash or email transfers. Payment is due at the time of pickup.

Can I supply my own parts or materials?

Absolutely. Honest Auto is not responsible for any incorrectly supplied materials, or any defective or faulty parts that we do not supply.
