Before Lefsrud’s Honest Auto was born, I spent over a decade in the automotive industry learning my craft — everything there was to know about vehicles, the service process, and the culture that surrounds it. That experience is what inspired me to start my own business and build an organization I could be proud of and confident in.

Honest Auto’s foundation was built on those principles. They serve as the blueprint for every decision, project, relationship, and aspect of the work we do. I knew that big dreams and a desire to build a legacy needed a strong foundation — and I poured all my knowledge and experience into each and every one of these Guiding Gears.

They continue to be the standard by which I hold myself, my teammates, and all of our guests — our extended Honest Auto family — accountable to.
